Uko wicara bishobora kugaragaza imyitwarire yawe n'ubushobozi ufite

Uburyo umuntu yicara bushobora kugaragaza imyitwarire ye, ubushobozi, n'uburyo yitwara mu buzima bwa buri munsi. Abashakashatsi mu bijyanye n’imyitwarire y’abantu, bavuga ko uburyo bwo kwicara ibiranga umuntu, harimo imyitwarire n’imyumvire ye. Muri iyi nkuru, turareba uko imyitwarire y’umuntu ishobora kugaragazwa n’ukuntu yicara.



1. Kwicara amavi arambuye kandi yageranye (knees straight)

Abantu benshi bicara amavi arambuye kandi yegeranye, bivuga ko ari abantu b'icyizere. Ubushakashatsi bwakorewe muri Ohio State University bwerekanye ko abantu bicara barambuye amavi babonwa nk'abashoboye akazi, kuko bagaragaza icyizere n’ubushobozi mu biganiro by'akazi.

Aba bantu ndetse bagira uburyo bwiza bwo kubana n’abandi. Benshi muri bo bakora akazi neza kandi barakitangira , baba bafite icyizere gikomeye, kandi nta mpungenge bagira ku buryo babona ibintu. Abantu bafite iyi myitwarire batekereza neza kandi bifuza ko ibintu byose bigenda neza.


2. Kwicara mavi atandukanye (knees apart)

Abantu bicara bafite amavi atandukanye cyangwa batandaraje, bakunda kugira ubwigenge ndetse no gufata ibyemezo byiza ku giti cyabo. Abo bantu batekereza mu buryo bwagutse, bakunda guhangana n'ibibazo no gushaka ibisubizo mu buryo bwagutse. Kandi bashobora kuba batekereza mu buryo bwagutse, barangwa no kugira ubushobozi bwo guhangana n’ibibazo babyitondeye.


 3. Kwicara ufatanyije amvi, gupfumbata amavi (hugging knees)

Iyo umuntu yicaye afatanyije amavi ye cyangwa ayapfumbase (nk'uko abantu benshi babikora mu gihe barimo gutekereza cyane), bishobora kugaragaza umuntu wita ku bintu kandi ugira umwete mu byo akora. Abo bantu bakunda kuba abizerwa kandi batinya guhemuka cyangwa gukora amakosa mu byo bakora byose.

4. Kwicara ugeretse akaguru ku kandi (crossed legs)

Iyo umuntu yicara ageretse akaguru ku kandi, bikunze kugaragaza umuntu ushyira imbere guha agaciro iby’ahazaza. Abo bantu ni abahanga mu gutegura no gushyira mu bikorwa imigambi yabo. Babona neza ibikenewe gukorwa kandi bakunda kuba inkingi ya mwamba mu bikorwa byabo no mu mirimo bakora ya buri munsi.

 5. Kwicara ubusanyije ibirenge (crossed ankles)

Abantu bicara babusanyije ibirenge bakunze gushaka uburyo ibintu byagenda neza. Abo bantu barangwa no guhora bashaka ibisubizo by’ibibazo bahura nabyo, kandi bamenya gukoresha umwanya wabo neza. Nubwo aba bantu bashobora kuba babona ibintu bigoye, bahora bashaka uburyo bwo kugera ku ntego zabo.


Uburyo umuntu yicara bushobora kugaragaza byinshi ku myitwarire ye. Nubwo bidashobora kugaragaza byose ku muntu, ni intangiriro yo kumenya byinshi ku myitwarire ye mu buryo butandukanye.
