Wari uzi ko byongera umwuka mwiza wo guhumeka! Sobanukirwa impamvu ugomba gufungura amadirishya y'inzu yawe

Ni byiza cyane ko twita aho tuba yaba mu nzu cyangwa no hanze yaho. Ubushakashatsi bwemeje ko mu buryo bwinshi butandukanye bwo kwita kungo tubamo, harimo no gufungura imiryango n'amadirishya mu gihe cya mu gitondo, ni ingenzi cyane kuko bigira ingaruka nyinshi kandi nziza ku buzima bw’uhatuye.



Mu bushakashatsi bwakozwe n'abahanga burimo ubwashyizwe hanze na ‘Homeedit’, bwemeza neza ko ari ingenzi cyane ku buzima bwa muntu muri rusange gukingura amadirishya n'inzugi mu gihe cya mu gitondo.  

      1. Bifasha kwakira umwuka mushya kandi usukuye mu nzu; Nk'uko tubikesha ‘Princeton properties’, mu gitondo ukibyuka ni byiza kuba wafungura amadirishya n’imiryango kugira ngo hinjire umwuka mwiza wa ‘oxygen’ w’ikiremwa muntu gihumeka mu busanzwe.

2.     Bifasha gusohora umwuka mubi uba uri munzu; Akenshi bitewe nuko uba wamaze umwanya munini ufunze inzu yawe, biba byiza iyo ubyutse ugafungura ugaha akanya umwuka mubi wa ‘carbon dioxide’ ugasohoka kuko si mwiza ku muntu kugira ngo akomeze awuhumeke. Ibi bikaba byatanga ubuzima bwiza ku bikoze.  

          3.Bifasha kurwanya ubushyuhe bwinshi buri munzu; Aha akenshi iyo ari mu gihe cy’izuba, ubushyuhe buba ari bwinshi cyane, abahanga basobanura neza ko iyo ufunguye amadirishya by’inzu yawe, bitanga umuyaga w’umwimerere wabashya kugabanya ubushyuhe buri mu nzu.

     4.Byongera vitamin D mu mubiri: Idirishya rifunguye ritanga uburyo bwo kubona vitamine D ku zuba. Vitamine D ni vitamine ikomeye ituma ugira ubuzima bwiza. Usibye gufata imirasire y'izuba, harimo kuba ifasha gutanga ubuzima bwiza.  

    5.Byongera umuhumuro mwiza mu nzu bikaba byagufasha mu mitekerereze myiza; Ubushakashatsi bwakozwe bwashyizwe hanze na ‘medium’, bwatangaje ko ari byiza gufungura amadirishya kuko byongera impumeko nziza yo mu nzu bikaba byanagufasha kugira imitekerereze myiza.
