NAME CHANGE REQUEST
We inform you that the named UKWIZABIGIRA Jean Paul, son/daughter of Bapfakurera Fidèle and Mukantabana Nathalie, domiciled at Karukoro village, Gasharu cell, Nyamirambo sector, Nyarugenge district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name UKWIZABIGIRA Jean Paul to be called Kamanzi Jean Paul in the National Population Registry. The reason for the change of name is that It is an undesired name.
