Hari siporo zitandukanye abantu bakora kugira ngo bakomeze kugira ubuzima buzira umuze, abandi bagakora iz’umwuga nk’akazi kababeshejeho, ariko hari indi siporo yoroshye kandi ifitiye akamaro kanini abayikora itanagombera ibikoresho runaka. Iyo nta yindi ni iyo kugenda n'amaguru.
Turi mu isi yihuta, aho
imodoka, moto, n’ibindi binyabiziga byihuta bifasha abantu kugera aho bajya mu
kanya gato, ariko hari ikintu cy’ingenzi benshi batangiye kwibagirwa: kugenda
n’amaguru.
Iyi ni siporo ishobora
kumvikana nk’aho ntacyo ivuze, ariko ubushakashatsi bugaragaza ko ifite akamaro
kadasanzwe ku buzima. Abahanga mu by’ubuzima bavuga ko kugenda n’amaguru ari

Kugenda n’amaguru bifasha
imitsi, umutima, n’imiyoboro y’amaraso gukora neza, bikagabanya ibyago byo
kurwara indwara zifata umutima n’umuvuduko w’amaraso.

Dr.
Paul Dudley White, umuhanga mu buvuzi bw’indwara z’umutima, avuga ko kugenda
n’amaguru ari kimwe mu bisubizo bishobora gufasha umuntu kumva aruhutse no
kugira amarangamutima atekanye.

“Indwara z’umutima ntizikeneye imiti gusa, ahubwo n’imyitozo yoroshye nka
‘walk’ ishobora gutanga ibisubizo birambye.”

Ubushakashatsi

Ubuvuzi bwa gihanga
n’ubuvuzi bwa kizungu, bwombi buhuriye ku kwemera ko ibirenge ari ingingo
