Subject: Call for Bids for the Sale of Second-hand Vehicles The management of SKOL BREWERY LIMITED invites you to submit your best offers for the purchase of the following vehicles:
Interested individuals, both internal and external, are requested to submit their best offers at the SBL reception no later than August 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM in a sealed envelope labeled "Offer for Purchase of Second-hand Vehicles" addressed to the General Manager of SBL. Visits to view the vehicles will be organized at the location where they are parked, coordinated by Mr. Jean Bosco Ouldhadha at Tel: + (250) 788 408 276, for any interested party during working hours. Please inform him in advance.
Note:
-Please specify in your offer the vehicle(s) you wish to purchase in Rwandan Francs, including your full identity and contact information.
-Offers will be accepted only with proof of a non-refundable payment of 10,000 RWF on the SBL account 00018-01390047888-51/RWF at COGEBANK.
-The selection of the bidder will be based on SBL's procurement guidelines, and the opening of bids will be conducted internally by SBL's bid opening team in a closed session.
-The selected bidder must pay for the desired vehicle to the Skol Brewery Ltd. bank account No.: 00018-01390047888-51/FRW at Equity Bank and will be required to collect it within 72 hours.
-Skol Brewery Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject offers below its minimum price.
-The transfer of ownership will be done as soon as the winner has paid the total amount confirmed by SBL, exclusively in the name and address of the person who participated in the tender, i.e., without going through a third party (broker).
-Skol Brewery Ltd. declines all responsibility after the purchase of the vehicle.
