Niba ushaka uburyo bwa gakondo bwo kwita ku musatsi wawe, amababi y’ipera ni umuti mwiza kandi urambye wo kugera ku ntego zawe. Amababi y’ioera akungahaye kuri vitamine zifasha umusatsi wawe gukura vuba, kudacikagurika ndetse ukarushaho gusa neza.



Inyandiko yasohotse mu kinyamakuru Times of India igaragaza uburyo amababi y’ipera ashobora gufasha umusatsi wawe:

Amababi y’ipera arimo antioxydants, hamwe na antibacterial vitamin, byose bishobora gufasha mu kubungabunga umusatsi wawe ukarushaho kuba mwiza.

Niba ukoresheje ubu buryo ariko bigakomeza kunanirana, ahubwo umusatsi wawe ugakomeza gucika, ugomba gutekereza gukoresha ubundi buryo burimo no gukoresha amavuta atandukanye yo mu mutwe cyane cyane akomoka ku bimera.
