Ibintu 5 abantu bakunze gukora byangiza umutima

Kubungabunga umutima ni kimwe mu bintu by’ingenzi bifasha kugira ubuzima bwiza kubera ko hagize ikintu kiba ku mutima ubuzima bwose burahungabana, bityo umuntu akaba yanapfa bitewe n’uko zimwe mu ndwara zibasira umutima ziri ku isonga mu zica abantu ku bwinshi.



Zimwe muri izo ndwara zifata umutima rero ahanini ziterwa na bimwe mu byo abantu bakunda kugira akamenyero.

Mu bushakashatsi bwashyizwe ahagaragara mu mwaka wa 2021 mu Bwongereza bwagaragaje ko kunywa itabi, kurya imbuto n’imboga nke, kudakora imyitozo, gufata ibiyobyabwenge biri mu bishobora gutuma umutima ugubwa nabi.
