Ni igitabo cyanditswe na Erickhart ukomoka muri Budage, gishyirwa hanze tariki 16 Gashyantare 1948. Yanditse akebura abantu guha agaciro igihe bagezemo cyangwa indagihe barema amahoro muri bo. Yanasobanuye ko benshi bahangayikira ahazaza batazi bikabicira ibyishimo bari kugira.

Muri iki gitabo yagaragaje ko igihe ugezemo gifite agaciro kandi ko ukwiye kugikoresha wishimira ibyo ufite ahubwo ugakoresha imbaraga zawe ugera ku bindi byinshi.
