Ibintu 20 bitangaje ushobora kuba utari uzi ku byerekeye ubwonko n’imikorere yabwo

Ubwonko ni igice gikomeye mu mubiri w’umuntu, kandi ni ikintu cyumvikana kuko nta na kimwe washobora gukora utabufite. Ibi kandi birumvikana kuko ubwenge n’intekerezo zose ari ho zikorerwa ndetse ni nabwo buyobora imikorere y’umubiri wacu wose.
