Uburenganzira ku Biribwa: Ubuzima Bwiza N'Ejo Heza! Menya akamaro ko kurya amagi ku buzima bwawe

Amagi afatwa nk'indyo irimo intungamubiri nyinshi zitandukanye ari na yo mpamvu abahanga bashishikariza abantu kurya byibura 2 ku munsi, kandi ntabwo agenewe abantu runaka ahubwo buri muntu wese aba agomba kuyafata kugirango abashe kugira ubuzima bwiza.



Igi rimwe ripima garama 53 riba rigizwe na garama 7 z’intungamubiri zuzuye, bisobanuye ko igi riba rifite amoko 9 y’ibyo bita ‘acides aminés z’ingenzi’ abantu baba bakeneye ngo bakure cyangwa bubake umubiri.

Hari benshi badasobanukirwa akamaro k’amagi ku mubiri w’umuntu wabashije kuyarya, ubushakashatsi bwinshi harimo ubwakwozwe na ‘nutrition health benefits’ bugaragaza akamaro kanini n’intungamiri wasanga mu magi.

1. Akungahaye kuri poroteyine nyinshi kandi nziza

4. Ni ingenzi mu kurinda ibibazo byo mu mutwe

Amagi afasha kugenda inzira ndende yo kugabanya imihangayiko hamwe no kugira ubuzima bwiza bwo mu mutwe, inyungu zikomeye z’amagi ahuriyemo vitamine B2, B12, choline, tryptophan harimo gufasha kugabanya ibyago byo guhangayika no kugira  ibimenyetso byo kwiheba ikindi bifasha gusinzira.

5. Arimo ‘Antioxydants’ ifasha amaso kumera neza 

Amagi arimo vitamine zitandukanye hamwe n’imyunyu ngugu na ‘selenium’ byose bikora nka ‘antioxydant’s ikomeye mu gushyigikira ubuzima bw’amaso.

Akungahaye kuri ‘antioxydants lutein na zeaxanthin’, byombi bigira uruhare runini mu kugabanya ingaruka z’indwara zimwe na zimwe z’amaso, harimo ‘cataracte’ hamwe na ‘macula degeneration’ ifitanye isano n’imyaka y’izabukuru.

Mu kiganiro na InyaRwanda, Umuyobozi Mukuru ushinzwe Ubworozi muri Minisiteri y'Ubuhinzi n'Ubworozi (MINAGRI), Jean Claude Ndorimana, yasobanuye byinshi ku mirire iboneye ndetse n'ibigize indyo.

Ibi yabigarutseho muri iki gihe cy'ukwezi kwahariwe guteza imbere imirire iboneye mu Rwanda, kuva tariki 16 Ukwakira kugeza tariki 15 Ugushyingo 2024, mu nsanganyamatsiko igira iti: 'Uburenganzira ku Biribwa: Ubuzima Bwiza N'Ejo Heza'.

Yagize ati: ''Indyo yuzuye igizwe n'ibyubaka umubiri, ibitera imbaranga n’ibirinda indwara". Avuga ko gutegura indyo yuzuye bitagoye na cyane ko mu Rwanda imboga ntizihenda cyane cyane ku batuye mu byaro ahenshi imboga zirimeza munsi y’urugo.

Yongeyeho ko ingo nyinshi ziba zoroye amatungo magufi nk’inkoko zikabaha amagi n’inyama, inkwavu, ingurube zikabaha inyama, amafaranga n’ifumbire. Yasabye ko buri umwe uteguye ifunguro yajya yibaza ngo umubiri wanjye urakuramo iki.

Gutegura indyo yuzuye, ntibisaba gushaka amafunguro ahenze. Ahubwo bisaba kumenya umumaro wa buri kiribwa dusanganwe, maze ukamenya n’uko wabitegura bikagirire akamaro ababirya.

Mu biribwa bw’ingenzi bikenewe kugira ngo umuntu ategure indyo yuzuye, hakenewe ibyubaka umubiri; ari byo ibinyampeke n’ibinyamisogwe, bigaragaramo ibigori, ibishyimbo, amasaka, inyama, igi, indagara, amata ndetse na soya.

Hakenewe kandi ibitera imbaraga, ari byo ibijumba, imyumbati, umuceli, ibirayi n’ibindi. Hakaza ibirinda indwara ari byo mboga (dodo, amashu, karoti, n’imbuto nk’imineke, avoka, inanasi, amatunda n’ibindi.

Ibi byose bishobora kubonwa na buri rugo rugize umuryango nyarwanda. Hakaba hakiri ikibazo cy’ababyeyi basuzugura bimwe muri ibi biribwa cyane cyane imboga, maze bakagaburira abana indyo imwe.

Mu kwifatanya n'abatuye Isi mu ntego yo kwihaza mu biribwa bihagije kandi bifite intungamubiri, Minisiteri y'Ubuhinzi n'Ubworozi {MINAGRI} n'Ishami ry'Umuryango w'Abibumbye rishinzwe Ubuhinzi n'Ibiribwa (FAO), basaba abanyarwanda ko indyo yuzuye yagirwa umuco mu miryango.
