Ibimenyetso biza bica amarenga ko hatabayeho kwitwararika, uri kwerekeza mu bihe bibi, niyo mpamvu ari ngombwa kumenya ibimenyetso bigaragaza ko impyiko ziri kwangirika, mbere yo kuremba.



Impyiko ni zimwe ni zimwe mu ngingo zigize umubiri wacu, zishinzwe kuyungurura imyanda iri mu mubiri, zikaringaniza imyunyungugu ikenewe n’umubiri, ndetse zikora imisemburo ishinzwe kuringaniza umuvuduko w’amaraso, ndetse n’imikorere myiza y’imitsi, n’ibindi.

Impyiko ziteye nk'ibishyimbo, zikaba ebyiri mu mubiri wa muntu, ndetse kwangirika kwazo bikongeza izindi ngingo kwangirika iyo zitavuwe vuba.

National Kidney Foundation itangaza ko kubura amazi mu mubiri ubwabyo, bisobanura ko isaha n’isaha warwara impyiko, ariko abantu bagashishikarizwa kunywa amazi ahagije, ndetse hagakorweshwa amazi meza atarimo imyanda.

Byatangajwe ko abarenga miliyoni 37 muri Amerika babana n'indwara y'impyiko kandi benshi benshi ntibabimenye. Hariho ibimenyetso byinshi bigaragaza indwara y’impyiko, ariko rimwe na rimwe abantu bahura nabyo, bagacyeka ko barwaye izindi ndwara.

Dr Joseph Vassalotti yatangaje ko 10 % ari bo basobanukirwa ko barwaye impyiko, cyangwa ko ibimenyetso babona bigaragaza kwangirika kw’impyiko, mu gihe abandi barinda bazirwara batabizi.

Abarengeje imyaka 60, basabwa kwipimisha nibura rimwe mu mwaka, bakamenya uko impyiko zabo zihagaze, ndetse abarwaye indwara zidakira zirimo nka diyabete, umutima n'izindi, bakisuzumisha kenshi ko impyiko zabo ari nzima.

Mu gihe inzira yonyine yo kumenya ko impyiko zawe zamaze kwangirika ari, ukwegera muganga akagusuzuma gusa, ariko hari ibimenyetso wagenderaho ukemeza ko impyiko zawe ziri mu bibazo,ukegera muganga akagufasha hakiri kare.

Ngibi ibimenyetso bigaragaza ko impyiko zawe zitameze neza,kandi ko ukeneye ubuvuzi:

1.     Kunanuka byihuse utazi impamvu: Iyo umuntu yatangite kwangirika impyiko mu mubiri we ntihaba hakora neza,akenshi abura n'ubushake bwo kurya,akananuka mu gihe gito.

2.     Gushaka kwihagarika kenshi: Kwihagarika kenshi nabyo bigaragaza ko impyiko zitameze neza, cyane cyane iyo nta bintu byinshi wanyweye.

3.     Kwihagarika amaraso mu nkari zawe: Iki ni kimwe mu bimenyetso bikomeye cyane bigaragaza ko wamaze kuzirwara, kandi ko ukeneye muganga mu maguru mashya.

4.     Kubura ibitotsi: Gusinzira gacye,biri mu bintu bibangamira umuntu wamaze kugira impyiko zifite ikibazo, ndetse akenshi aba aribwa mu gice impyiko ziherereyemo.

5.     Umunaniro ukabije no kuribwa umugongo cyane: Bamwe bafatwa n’umunaniro udafite impamvu ntacyo bakoze, bakumva bananiwe cyangwa bifuza kuryama kenshi nubwo babura ibitotsi, ndetse bakaribwa umugongo bikabije.

Ikindi kimenyetso gikunze kugaragara, bamwe babyimba ingingo zimwe na zimwe zirimo amaguru n'amaboko, akenshi bikabanzirizwa no kwishimagura.

Ibimenyetso bihuruza, bibwira umuntu ko ashobora kuba arwaye impyiko, byakagombye gutuma umuntu agira amatsiko y’impinduka ari kwibonaho ku mubiri aho kwibwira ko aza gukira kandi nta buvuzi yabonye.

Isukari, inzoga, umunyu, n'imyitozo ngororamubiri, biri mu bintu bikamura amazi ari mu mubiri, bityo bikaba bisaba ko kwinjiza kimwe muri byo mu mubiri, bikwiye kujyana no kunywa amazi ahagije.

Akenshi abazirwaye,babategeka kurya ibitagira umunyu, isukari, kurya imboga zihagije n’ibindi birimo ibitera imbaraga.

Indwara y’impyiko iri mu ndwara zikomeye kuko gutinda kubona ubuvuzi, byangiriza izindi ngingo byihuse, ariko kandi ni indwara ikira vuba cyane, iyo nyirayo yiyitayeho akareka kurya ibyo bamubuza kandi akanywa imiti yahawe na muganga neza.

Kurwara impyiko,biri mu ndwara  zigaragaza ko imirire y’umuntu idafatika, ndetse ko ikwiye kugenzurwa. Biroroshye cyane kuyirinda rero kuko bisaba kumenya ibyo dukwiye kwakira mu mibiri yacu, n’ibyo tudakwiye kwakira, ndetse n’ingano ikwiye yabyo.

Kwita ku buzima bwacu ni inshingano zacu igihe cyose, ndetse no kwigenzura mu bihe bitandukanye yaba mu mirire, iminywere n’ibindi, ni byo bituma tubaho ubuzima buzira umuze.
