Imboga za karoti ziri mu bwoko bukoreshwa n’ibihugu byinshi ku isi kandi byagaragaye ko izi mboga ziribwa zihiye cyangwa ari mbisi ndetse zigatwara igihe gito mu buhinzi bwazo ariko kandi zikazahura umubiri wazahajwe n’indwara.



Karoti ziri mu mboga zikungahaye kuri vitamin A,C,B ndetse na C, zikaba kandi zigira akamaro gakomeye mu mubiri ko kurwanya indwara z’ubuhumyi, gucyesha uruhu, n’izindi.
