Ntabwo bikorerwa ubusa kuba ubona inganda cyangwa se n'abandi bakora ibintu dukenera mu buzima bwacu bwa buri munsi, ngo bihabwe amabara atandukanye. Bivuze ko amabara atandukanye ahabwa: imyenda, inkweto, telephone, amasakoshi, n'ibindi bitandukanye, uretse kuba biba bifite uruhare mu gukurura abakiriya, bigira ni icyo bisobanuye.



Gusa icyagaragaye ni uko abenshi mu bakunda amabara/ibara runaka, ntabwo babasha gusobanura neza impamvu zaba zibatera kuyakunda. Abenshi, nubabaza bazakubwira ko barikunda. Urugero: Hari aho usanga umudamu yambaye ikanzu nziza yera y'ubukwe, ukibaza niba yayambaye kubera ko yakurikiye ibara ryera cyangwa ari uko agiye gushyingirwa? Kimwe n’aho uzasanga ibara ry’imyenda ryirabura, ryambarwa mu bihe by’akababaro; hari uwitabye Imana.

Muri iyi nkuru tugiye kugaruka ku mabara amwe n'amwe, ndetse n’icyo abahanga bagaragaza ko ashobora kuba avuze ku bitekerezo, imyitwarire, ndetse n’ ibyiyumviro.

                                 UMUTUKU

Iri ni ibara bivugwa ko rigaragaza ukuburira, Urukundo, imyitwarire yiganjemo ubugome, ndetse n’uburakari buhambaye cyane.

Ubusanzwe ibara ry’umutuku rikoreshwa mu kuburira, nko ku matara yo mu muhanda, aho bahagarika ibinyabiziga bakoresheje ibara ritukura, ahantu hadakwiye kugerwa n’abantu kuko bitemewe, ndetse n’ibindi. Bigaragazwa ko kandi iri bara iyo umuntu aribonye ryongera metabolism ndetse n’umuvuduko w’amaraso, mu gihe uba witegura ngo ukore ibikurikira (bisabwa/bitegekwa n’ibiri muri iri bara).

                                   UMUHONDO

Iri ni ibara ryigaragaza cyane ku jisho. Rijyana n'ibitekerezo nka: imbaraga, ubwoba, icyubahiro, ndetse n'ibindi. Iri bara ry'umuhondo kandi, riranga ibyishimo, ubucuti/ubuvandimwe, ndetse rigaragaza itsinzi. Uzareba akenshi mu irushanwa ry'amagare mu Rwanda, uwatsinze nk’agace muri iryo rushanwa, yambikwa umwenda w'umuhondo.

Ibindi iri bara riranga, ni ukuburira, nk'aho rikoreshwa mu matara yo mu muhanda, imodoka zitwara abanyeshuli, ndetse n'ahandi. Umuhondo kandi, ushobora kuranga ubugwari ndetse n'uburwayi.

                                ICYATSI

Ibara risobanuye ubuzima. Impamvu, ni uko mu bintu byinshi bikomeza gutuma umuntu abaho, n’ibifite iri bara bibigiramo uruhare rukomeye cyane. Kuri ubu, uzumva n'ibihugu bimwe, cyangwa se imijyi nka Kigali ihemberwa kuba yiganjemo ibara ry'icyatsi; mbega, harimo ubusitani bwinshi kandi bwiza. Icyatsi rero, gisobanura ubuzima, kugirira impuhwe abandi, gufasha, umurava ndetse no kwakira ibintu uko bije.

Ibindi impuguke zigaragaza ni uko iri bara rigaragaza uburumbuke/umusaruro, ubuzima, n'ibindi. Byongeye kandi, iri bara rigaragaza ubukungu n'iterambere, ndetse binagaragazwa ko iri bara ry'icyatsi ritanga n'umutuzo muri bya bihe umuntu aba yumva afite 'stress'. Uzarebe, abantu benshi bakunze kubona ituze bagiye nk’ahantu mu ubusitani, akirebera ubwiza buhatatse bwiganjemo icyatsi.

Uretse ibyo byavuzwe haruguru bisa nk' aho ari byiza gusa, rishobora no kuranga izindi ntekerezo cyangwa se imyitwarire itari myiza. Twavugamo: ubugugu, kutagira umunezero (kwigunga; apathy), ndetse no kutagira imbaraga bitewe n' umunaniro.

                                          UMUKARA

Twabivuzeho haruguru ko bitewe n'umuco, igitsina cyangwa se imyaka, byose bigira uruhura mu guhitamo ibara runaka. Hari imico imwe n'imwe uzasanga abantu bafata iri bara ryirabura nk'ikimenyetso cy'ubwoba, urupfu, ikitazwi/ikidasobanutse, ndetse n'imyuka mibi.

Ntabwo tuguteye ubwoba ngo utinye umuntu waba uhitamo kwambara cyangwa se gukoresha ibintu bifite ibara ryirabura. Byongeye kandi, iri bara rigaragaza: ukwihagararaho, ukwigenga ndetse n'ibindi. Byihariye kandi, rigaragaza agahinda.

                                  UMWERU


                  Ikinyuranyo cy' ibara ryirabura, ibara ryera (umweru). Iri, ni ibara ryiranga cyane aho ryaba riri hose. Akenshi, rigaragaza umucyo, no gusa neza. Ahantu uzasanga hatatswe n'ibintu byera, ku buryo uramutse uhataye nk'agatonyanga k'umuti w'ikaramu byakigaragaza cyane, uravuga uti aha hantu haracyeye pe. Yego ni koko haracyeye.

Uretse kuba iri bara rigaragaza kuba ikintu kitavangiye (pure), rishobora no kujyana n’ibindi nko guhebuza, gusa neza, ubwiza, umutekano, ukwizera, n’ibindi. Ni mu gihe kandi ibara ry’umweru rishobora no kuranga ibindi bigaragara ko atari byiza nko; kuba wenyine, ndetse no kumva uri wenyine, mbega nta kikuzuza.

                                UBURURU

Icyizera, umutekano, akababaro, n’ ibindi, ni ibiranga ibara ry’ ubururu. Iri, ni ibara rikunze kugaragara ku mpera z’ ikirere, aho amaso ya mantu abasha kugera (iyo kitanduye).

Ibindi bijyana n’ iri bara ry’ ubururu, twavugamo: umutuzo, ubwitonzi. Nanone kandi, ubururu bugaragaza ko nta ‘stress’ ziriho. Rero, amenshi muri aya mabara afite ibintu agenda ahuriraho, n’ubwo utahamya ko ari ijana ku rindi.
