Uko wahangana n’ikibazo cyo kurangiza vuba

Kurangiza vuba ni ikibazo gikomerera abashakanye. Bivugwa igihe umugabo arangiza (asohora) mbere y'uko akora imibonano cyangwa se hatarashira iminota ibiri ari mu gikorwa. Ibi akenshi biba atabishaka, bigatera guhangayika, kwigaya ndetse bigateza ibibazo n’umwiryane mu rugo.



Ese kurangiza vuba biterwa n'iki?

Ubusanzwe impamvu nyamukuru ibitera ntizwi, ariko hari ibizwi bishobora kubitera: Kuba utaramenyera imibonano (ubikoze vuba), kubikorana n’umuntu mushya, mutamenyeranye, kuba udasiramuye, kuba uhangayitse udatuje ubikoze nk’ubyibye, uburyo bikorwamo, kuba ubikoze utari ubiherutse…..Ese kurangiza vuba biravurwa? Birakira rwose kandi si ngombwa buri gihe imiti yo kwa muganga, ahubwo inama uhabwa iyo uzikurikije neza birakira:

1.Gutuza:Mu gihe wumvise ko uri hafi yo kurangiza, rekera aho kwinyeganyeza, uzamure umwuka mwinshi wongere uwusohore, ubikore nka gatatu, use n’uwirengagiza ibyo urimo, nyuma y’akanya ukomeze igikorwa.

2.Gukanda umutwe w’igitsina: Mu gihe wumva ugiye kurangiza, uwo mukorana imibonano musabe kubumba amaguru cyane igitsina cyawe akinigire mu matako ye. Nawe ushobora gukuramo igitsina ukagifata ugakanda ku mutwe wacyo ukoresheje igikumwe n’intoki ebyiri zigikurikira, wakumva byasubiyeyo ukongera ugakomeza.

3.Kwiyakana:Mu gikorwa, igihe wumvise ugiye kurangiza, kuramo utuze, nihashira akanya wongere, gutyo gutyo.

4.Kwitegura bihagije:Wikora imibonano udatuje; tuza mwitegure bihagije kandi mubikore mwese mufatanya. Niyo warangiza utarabikora, ariko kuko ufite umwanya, mukomeze gufatanya wongere ubishake, nubikora bizagenda neza.

5.Kwisiramuza:Igihu gitwikiriye ku mutwe w’igitsina cyongera ubushake, iyo rero kivuyeho byongera umwanya umara mu gikorwa.

6.Guhindura uburyo:Iyo bikozwe umugabo ari we uri hasi bituma igihe abikoramo kiyongera kuko kwikubanaho bigabanuka.

7.Gukoresha agakingirizo:Ubu nabwo ni uburyo bwiza kuko bigabanya kwikubanaho. Gusa ku nshuro ikurikiyeho wareka kugakoresha kuko akenshi ku nshuro ya kabiri utinda kurangiza.

Iyo ubu buryo butagufashije niho ushobora kwifashisha imiti yo kwa muganga, ntugomba kugira ikibazo cyo kurangiza vuba ngo uhite wihutira gufata imiti kuko mugenzi wawe yakubwiye ko byamufashije, muganga niwe wenyine uzagena imiti ukwiye gukoresha bitewe n’uburwayi bwawe.
