Asthma yaba amateka kuri wowe! Niba urwaye iyi ndwara, menya ibintu 7 ugomba kwitaho no kwitwararika ukayica intege-VIDEO

Asthma ni indwara ikunze kuzahaza benshi cyane ndetse bamwe bakayifata nk’idakira. Iyi ndwara yagaragaye cyera cyane ahagana mu 2600 mbere yivuka rya Yezu Kristo, kuva icyo gihe kugeza uyu munsi, ni imwe mu ndwara zugarije abatuye isi. Menya ibyo wakora ugatana nayo cyangwa ukaba wayica intege ukabaho utekanye.

1.       Fata imiti neza uko byagenwe, wibuke no kuyitwaza aho waba ugiye hose

- Gufata imiti neza, nk'uko wabyandikiwe na muganga ndetse wibuke no kuyitwaza ku rugendo

- Irinde ubukojye ndetse n’imbeho nyinshi

- Wirinde guhumeka umwuka wanduye aha twavuga nk’imyotsi, ivumbi, amafu atandukanye ndetse n’umucafu.
