Umusatsi wa afro ni umusatsi ugorana kuwitaho, ariko bisaba kuba waramenye ibikoresho bikora ku musatsi wawe. Twabateguriye uburyo wakwita ku musatsi wawe neza.



1.       Amazi agomba kuba incuti ya hafi y’umusatsi wawe

     

Iyo bije ku musatsi wawe, amazi ni ingenzi. Urufunguzo kugira ugumane umusatsi wawe wa afro, ni amazi. Biba byiza iyo unyweye amazi menshi, ukanayashira mu musatsi.

Bumwe mu buryo wakoresha amazi ni ugukuramo icyo bita ‘tangles’ mu ndimi z’amahanga, kubera ukuntu umusatsi wa afro uba uzingazinze bituma ufatana. 4.       Gushira amavuta mu musatsi


     

      Umusatsi wa afro ukwiye gusigwamo amavuta, byakagombye kuba igikorwa cya buri munsi kandi ukita ku mavuta ukoresha atakwangiriza umusatsi.

Bumwe mu bwoko bw’amavuta wakoresha coconut oil, olive oil cyangwa se avocado oil.

5.       Kurya ibiryo bifitiye akamaro umusatsi

      

Nk’uko tubizi, ibiryo biri muri bimwe bitunze umubiri rero hari n’ibiryo bifasha umusatsi wawe mu kuwurinda ibibazo nko gucika, kuma, n’ibindi byinshi. Urugero imbuto, imboga, ibinyampeke byo bifasha no mu gukuza umusatsi, ukarya n’ibiryo nka avoca bifite ‘omega-3 fatty’.
