We inform you that the named SERUGO Grevy, son/daughter of Bushotsi Bizimana and Nyibitanga Nyirarukundo, domiciled at Rugasa village, Nunga cell, Gahanga sector, Kicukiro district, in the city of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name SERUGO Grevy to be called MIGISHA Grevy in the National Population Registry. The reason for the change of name is that "It is an undesired name".
