2.     Ibijumba

Amagi ari mu biribwa bikungahaye kuri poroteyine ndetse n’izindi vitamini zikenewe cyane nka vitamini A, D, E, K, B1, B2, B5, B6, B9 na B12. 

 Vitamin D iboneka no mu bindi biribwa bitavuzwe haruguru ariko ni kimwe mu bikenerwa n’umubiri umunsi ku wundi kandi kubura kwayo bigateza ibibazo bitandukanye biganisha no ku burwayi budakira bushobora kutera urupfu.
