Name Change Request for INEMA ISHIMWE Kylie

We inform you that the named INEMA ISHIMWE Kylie, son/daughter of NISHIMWE Ben Honore and UWIHIRWE Clemence Divine, domiciled at Ruganwa I village, Kinunga cell, Gikondo sector, Kicukiro district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name INEMA ISHIMWE Kylie to be called INEMA Ben Kylie in the National Population Registry. 

The reason for the change of name is that It is a name given by my parents.
