Uburyo bw'umwimerere wakoresha ukagira uruhu rutoshye kandi rukeye

Inzozi za buri mukobwa wese ni ukugira uruhu rwiza kandi rukeye ndetse n'inzozi za buri muntu wese kugira uruhu ruzira inenge. Abagobo ndetse n’abagore, bose bifuza kugira uruhu runoze.Dore uburyo bworoshye bw'umwimerere wakoresha ugakesha uruhu rwawe:

1.Sinamoni (Cinnamon mu Cyongereza)

Sinamoni ni ikirungo gikoreshwa mu biryo kugira ngo bihumure neza kandi biryohe kurushaho. Ishobora gukoreshwa mu kuvura ibiheri byo mu maso cyangwa mu gutuma uruhu rutumagara, kuko yifitemo ibirwanya za bagiteri, n’ibindi binyabuzima bizwi nka fungi.

Kugira ngo uvure ibiheri byo mu maso hawe, uvanga ikiyiko kimwe cya sinamoni n’ibiyiko bibiri by’ubuki. Bizavamo uruvange rukomeye ku buryo ushobora  kurusiga mu maso hawe. Numara kubyisiga ushobora kuzumva utuntu tukubabaza ku ruhu, ariko ibyo birasanzwe. Uzabigumishe kuruhu iminota 20 mbere yo kubikaraba.

Kugira ngo sinamoni itume ugira uruhu rutoshye, Ufata amavuta ya sinamoni ukayavanga n’aya Oliva cyangwa se Vaseline ubundi ukabisiga ku uruhu rwawe ro mu maso.

2.Yawurute

Niba uzi Yawurute, uzi ukuntu iryoha ku buryo no kuyitekereza byonyine bituma amazi yuzura akanwa. Uzi n’ikindi? Usibye kuba yawurute iryoha, ni na nziza ku ruhu rwawe.Ifite imiterere ihebuje irinda uruhu gusaza ndetse ikanabuza ibintu byangiza uruhu kwinjira mu twenge tw’uruhu. Urugero, ibamo zenke (zinc), Vitamini zo mu bwoko bwa B (B2,B5 na B12), na karisiyumu (calcium).

Yawurute yigiramo ubwoko bwa bagiteri nziza zituma uruhu rugarura ubuyanja, rukoroha, rugacya kandi ntirugire amabara cyangwa inkovu. Igabanyiriza ingufu uturema ngingo twuruhu twangiritse kandi ikagabanya iminkanyari.

Dore uko wabigenza kugira ngo yawurute igufashe kugira uruhu wifuza;

-Kugira ngo ugire uruhu rutoshye cyangwa rushashagirana, uvanga yawurute n’amavuta Oliva.

-Kugira ngo ukeshe uruhu rwawe, uvanga yawurute n’indimu  ubundi ukabisiga ku ruhu rwawe.

-Niba uruhu rwawe rugira amavuta menshi, uvanga yawurute na karoti ziseye.

-Kugira ngo ukire ibiheri, uvanga yawurute n’ubuki.

-Uruvange urwo ari rwo rwose wahitamo gukoresha, rugomba kuguma ku ruhu rwawe iminota 30 kandi rugakoreshwa inshuro 3 mu cyumweru.

3.Ipapayi

Ipapayi iteye ku buryo irinda za bagiteri, n’ibindi binyabuzima bizwi nka fungi. Nanone ifite anti-oxida (antioxidant) zituma uruhu rugarura ubuyanja. Iyi miterere ihebuje y’ipapayi ituma ishobora kwifashisha mu kuvura inkovu, ubushye n’indwara y’amabara yo kuruhu izwi nka melisma mu rurimi rw’icyongereza. Nanone ishobora kwifashishwa mu gukesha uruhu.

Uko wayikoresha: Sya ipapayi uyivange n’ubuki n’indimu. Kora uruvange rworoshye maze urusige ku ruhu rwawe rwo mu maso rumareho  cy’iminota 20.

Bizatuma uruhu rwawe rutoha, rushashagirane by’umwimerere kandi n’utwoya two mu maso tutari ngombwa tuveho. 

4.Turmeric (Ifu y’umuhondo iva mu gihingwa cyo mu bwoko bwa tangawizi)

Urubuga Sante Plus Mag ruvuga ko Turmeric iri mu bwoko bumwe na tangawizi. Abahinde bamaze ibinyejana byinshi bayikoresha mu gukesha uruhu rwabo. Turmeric ifite ubushobozi bwo kuvura no kurinda uturemangingo tw’uruhu rwawe.
