Sobanukirwa uko wakwita ku buzima bwawe bwo mu mutwe

Nta buzima butekanye budafite ubwo mu mutwe buhagaze neza . Kugira ngo tubashe guhangana n’ibibazo bya buri munsi duhura na byo, turasabwa kwita cyane ku byadufasha kubungabunga imibereho myiza y’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe.


"Ubuzima bwo mu mutwe" busobanuye ubuzima bwawe bwiza muri rusange. Harimo uburyo wiyumva wowe ubwawe, imibanire yawe n’abandi, ubushobozi ufite bwo gucunga ibyiyumviro byawe no guhangana n’ingorane uhuye nazo.
