Minisitiri Dr. Nsanzimana yasabye abantu kujya bota izuba nibura iminota 60 mu cyumweru

Minisitiri w’Ubuzima w’u Rwanda, Dr. Sabin Nsanzimana, yagaragaje ko gufata umwanya wo kota izuba nibura iminota 20 inshuro eshatu mu cyumweru ari ingenzi cyane ku buzima bwa muntu.

Mu butumwa yanyujije ku rubuga rwa X [Twitter], Minisitiri Dr. Nsanzimana yavuze ko izuba ririmo Vitamin D ikenewe mu mubiri w'umuntu. Yagaragaje ko iyo iyi Vitamin ibaye nke mu mubiri, amagufa adashobora gukomera, ibyiyumvo n'amarangamutima bigahora hasi, umuntu agahora arwaragurika, agahorana umunaniro ukabije, ndetse n'indwara zitandura zikamwataka byoroshye.

Yatanze inama yo gufata umwanya nibura ungana n'iminota 20, inshuro eshatu mu cyumweru ukota izuba, kugira ngo ubashe kubona Vitamin D mu rwego rwo kugabanya ibyago byo guhura n'ibibazo binyuranye byavuzwe haruguru.

  • Abageze ku myaka 75 kuzamura: Vitamine D ishobora gufasha kugabanya ibyago byo gupfa hakiri kare.
  • Abagore batwite: Gufata vitamine D bishobora kugabanya ibyago byo kurwara pré-éclampsie, kuvamo kw'inda, kubyara imburagihe no kubyara umwana upfuye.
  • Abafite ibyago byinshi byo kurwara diyabete: Bashobora kuramirwa no gufata vitamine D mu rwego rwo gukumira ko ibyo byago bihinduka diyabete nyirizina.

Icyo ubushakashatsi bunyuranye buvuga ku kamaro ko kota izuba ku buzima bwa muntu:

1.     Kugabanya umuvuduko ukabije w’amaraso

2.  Bituma amagufa akomera: Bisanzwe bizwi ko vitamin D ifasha umubiri gukurura imyunyungugu ya fosifore na karisiyumu ikomeza amagufa.

Iyo iyi vitamin ihagije mu mubiri bigabanya ibyago byo kuvunika niyo mpamvu iyi vitamin ari ingenzi by’umwihariko ku bakuze dore ko amagufa yabo aba agenda nayo asaza.

6.     Bivura zimwe mu ndwara z’uruhu

Imirasire y’izuba ivura zimwe mu ndwara zifata uruhu nk’ibishishi, ibiheri, ibibyimba, indwara ya jaundice ikunze gufata abana bakivuka cyangwa se abakoresheje imiti myinshi n’izindi ndwara z’uruhu.

7.    Izuba rigabanya ibyago byo kurwara kanseri zinyuranye

Nk'uko byagaragaye, izuba rituma umuntu abona vitamin D, ikaba ingenzi mu kurinda kanseri zinyuranye harimo kanseri y’amabere na kanseri y’amara. Kota izuba bigabanya ku gipimo cya 60% ibyago byo kurwara izi kanseri.
