Constipation ishobora guterwa n’ibintu byinshi bitandukanye:
1.Imihindagurikire y’imisemburo mu mubiri
Kugabanuka kw’imisemburo ikorwa n’imvubura iba mu muhogo yitwa thyroide bituma igogorwa ry’ibiryo rigenda gahoro ndetse hakabaho no kwiyongera kwa ‘calcium’ mu maraso ibi bigatera constipation.
