7.       Kuba imbata y’imbuga nkoranya mbaga (genera addiction)

Ubushakashatsi bugaragaza ko Imbuga nkoranyambaga zimaze kugira abantu imbata kurusha uko itabi n’inzoga bibikora. Izibikora cyane hano ni facebook, Instagram, Snapchat na Tik Tok. Ase ntabwo ubiziko wabaswe nizi mbuga? Subiza amaso inyuma urebe igihe ushobora kuba waramaze umunsi wawe wose utazirebyeho? 

Ese ujya ubabazwa n'uko umuntu yahagaritse kugukurikirana kuri zo? Ese iyo ugize ibyago urubuga ukunda gukoresha cyane rukagira ibibazo ejo ntiwirirwana agahinda kenshi, wumva wigunze kandi utishimye? Niba usanze warabaswe wigira ubwoba kuko hari benshi muhuje ikibazo, gusa ariko usanze ari byiza kuri wowe wazireka burundu kuko hari abagiye bazireka bakabaho neza.
