Gukundana n'umukobwa mwiza byongera 'Stress'- Ubushakashatsi

Benshi mu gitsina gabo bishimira gukundana n'umukobwa w'uburanga budasanzwe, nyamara ibi ngo biri mu bintu badakwiye gushamadukira kuko ubushakashatsi bwamaze kwerekana ko byongera ikigero cya 'Stress'.



Nk’uko tubizi umugabo wese yifuza kuba yagira umugore mwiza n'abasore bakifuza umukobwa w'ikizungerezi abantu bose babona bakamutangarira bavuga ko yahisemo neza kuko akenshi bareba uburanga bw'inyuma ku mubiri kuko mu mutima biragoye kuba umuntu wese yabireba akaba ariyo mpamvu twahisemo kubabwira ibibi  byo gukundana n'abakobwa beza bafite igikundiro cyinshi.

Iyi cortisol ni umusemburo (Hormone) ukorwa n’umubiri w’ umuntu iyo afite akajagari mu mutwe (stress). Ibi rero byaje guhuzwa n’ibibazo by’umutima uwo musore cyangwa umugabo ashobora guhura na byo nyuma igihe akunda umukobwa mwiza.

Ubu bushakashatsi bwagiye bwibanda ahari abantu babiri, umukobwa n’umusore nyuma rero biza kugaragara ko iyo umukobwa yagendaga , stress y’umusore yagabanyukaga ariko yahaguma igakomeza ikiyongera.
