Byinshi utamenye ku bunyobwa n'akamaro ko kubukoresha kenshi cyane

Ubunyobwa ni kimwe mu biribwa abantu benshi bakunze gukoresha cyane mu mirire, bukaba bukoreshwa mu buryo butandukanye harimo; kubukaranga, kubuteka ari isosi n'ubundi buryo butandukanye.Ubunyobwa nabwo bushyirwa mu cyiciro kimwe n’ibishyimbo cyangwa amashaza gusa bwo busa n’ubwihuta mu gukundwa n’abantu benshi kandi bukaba bugizwe n’amavut



Mu bushakashatsi bwashyizwe hanze na ‘health line’ bugaragaza ko hari umumaro mwinshi w’ubunyobwa abantu batabasha gusobanukirwa kandi w’ingenzi cyane ku buzima bwabo

1. Bifasha amaraso gutembera neza mu mubiri; Ubushakashatsi bugaragaza ko umuntu ubasha kurya ubunyobwa bihoraho aba yongereye amahirwe yo gufasha amaraso yo mu mubiri we gutembera neza,ibi bikaba bifasha umutima gukora neza no kongera ubudahangarwa bwo kurinda indwara za wo.

  7.Bufasha umwana uri mu nda gukura neza: ubushakashatsi bwagaragaje ko umwana uri munda iyo abonye intungamubiri zivuye mu bunyobwa umubyeyi utwite yariye bimufasha gukura neza mu mubiri
