Kugona, kurya cyane no kuryama utinze: Ibintu 7 byangiza umutima ugomba kwitondera

Mu busanzwe hari ibintu bikomeye tuzi neza ko bishobora kwangiza umutima wacu. Usanga abantu benshi bagerageza no kubyirinda kubera gutinya indwara z’umutima. Ariko burya hari n’utundi tuntu duto dukora tutazi ko dushobora kwangiza umutima wacu.



Ibintu 7 byangiza umutima ugomba kwitondera:

1.Kugona

Kugona mu busanzwe ni ibintu bisanzwe ku buryo abenshi tubyirengagiza ntitubyiteho, gusa hari igihe bishobora kuvamo ikibazo gikomeye.
