MTN Rwanda Plc would like to procure a Customer Identity Access Management Software Application (CIAM). The work is detailed in terms of reference below:
TERMS OF REFERENCE
The scope of this work is for the vendor to supply and implement a Customer Identity Access Management solution. Instead of managing user accounts in every instance of software application, the identity is managed in a CIAM component, making reuse of the identity possible. The solution should provide effective management of user identities and their access to enterprise resources and data; and the following is expected post implementation:
• Secured customer identity
• Increased brand loyalty with better conversion
• Turbocharged the marketing engine.
• Increased revenue with new user acquisition
The solution should have the following capabilities:
-Modern architecture with the capability to integrate with APIs gateways, microservices, dynamic schema and data retrieval, third party digital assistants and Single Sign-On across multiple mobile apps.
-Features for registration, such as
self-service registration, social registration and call-center facilitated
-Progressive profiling with features such as progressive profiling endpoints.
-SSO and Provisioning.
-Support Continuous Adaptive Risk and Trust Assessment (CARTA).
-Marketing capabilities includes support for and integration with various marketing tools.
More details on the scope will be shared to preselected companies.
