Isepfu ni ibintu bibaho mu buzima bwacu bwa buri munsi kandi biba ku bantu bose baba bakuze cyangwa ari bato. Birangwa no kuba igicamakoma (diaphragm) cyikanya inshuro zikurikiranye kandi utabasha kugenzura no guhagarika.
