Wari uzi ko umunyu wa Gikukuru ari umuti ukomeye?

Umunyu wa gikukuru umenyerewe ko uhabwa inka cyangwa abagore batwite, abantu benshi ntibazi ko gikukuru ubwayo ari umuti uvura ukanarinda irwara zitandukanye.



Ubusanzwe umunyu tuwuzi ku bushobozi bwo kuryoshya ibiryo no kurinda ibiribwa bizamara igihe kirekire, ariko burya umunyu wa Gikukuru ni igitangaza ku buzima bw’umuntu ndetse urihariye ku bijyanye n'ubwiza bw’umubiri. Cyangwa 300gr z’igikukuru ukavanga na yaourt y’umwimerere ubundi wisige umubiri wose,Ibyo bizagufasha kugira uruhu rwiza runoze kandi ruhehereye ndetse bikurinde kuzana iminkanyari.

10. Urwanya uburozi

Kubera imyunyungugu yiganje muri Gikukuru, kuwukoresha bifasha umubiri wacu kwirukana uburozi mu mubiri no gufasha gusukura utunyangingo twacu.
