4. Kunywa icyayi gishyushye: Iki cyayi kibaye kirimo n’amata byaba akarusho kuko bigufasha gushyuha mu mubiri ari nako binakongerera intungamubiri utabona mu itabi. Icyayi kirimo amata kiba gikungahaye kuri karisiyumu ikenerwa mu mikurire, kwirema kw’amagufa no gukomera kwayo n’amaraso.

 

5. Ambara imyenda yo kwifubika: Imyenda iragufubika ugashira ubukonje ariko itabi ntirigufubika. Ambara imyenda ishyushye nibiba na ngombwa uyigire myinshi niba wumva ubukonje bukabije.
