She said: “The concert is called ‘Gira u Rwanda’ because it is a beautiful blessing we wish upon every Rwandan and everyone who loves Rwanda. We have God and we have Rwanda. Whoever has God has peace, and whoever has God also has a nation.”
She further noted that the concert aims to preserve, promote, and celebrate Rwandan culture through traditional dance, music, and artistic performances.
The leadership of Itorero Intayoberana stated that the concert has two major objectives.
The first is to continue safeguarding and promoting Rwandan cultural values, which remains part of the troupe’s core mission as custodians of Rwandan heritage.
The second objective is to inspire young people to work hard, remain determined, and courageously pursue a brighter future, emphasizing that success requires commitment and perseverance.
“Gira u Rwanda” will mark the seventh major concert organized by the troupe, highlighting its growing experience and reputation in staging large-scale cultural productions.
Organizers have promised attendees an unforgettable evening filled with original traditional dances, cultural songs, creative performances, and exciting surprises designed to celebrate the richness of Rwandan identity.
