Last weekend, from July 11th to July 13th, 2025, the city of Lugazi in Uganda became the epicenter of a profound Christian revival, as tens of thousands united for the "Miracle Gospel Harvest Crusade." Organized by A Light to the Nations in partnership with Evangelist Dana Richard Morey from the United States, the three-day event left a lasting spiritual impact.
The atmosphere was filled with remarkable blessings—lives were transformed, those burdened found peace, the sick were healed, and countless individuals embraced Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
On the event's opening day, Evangelist Dana Morey captivated the audience with a poignant message, addressing sin's invasive effects on personal lives, families, and social connections. He declared, “Jesus conquered death and the grave. He is alive – the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. No sin is too great for Him.”
The message struck chords deep in every heart; tears flowed, repentance spread, and hundreds dedicated their lives to Christ. Miracles unfolded as participants found salvation and healing, while others received solace through the Holy Spirit’s presence.
Day Two delivered an even deeper message of love and hope. Evangelist Dana extended an earnest invitation for transformation to those who felt weary, consumed by darkness, or had lost faith. He reassured the crowd with powerful words: “Jesus is at the door, knocking. Let Him enter your life.”
The night turned into a heartfelt session of prayer, worship, and restoration. Witnessing the Holy Spirit descend, youth encountered transformation, older generations regained hope, and revival ignited in Lugazi.
On July 13th, thousands assembled at Wagadugu Railway Grounds at 4 PM, while many more tuned in via large screens broadcasted across Uganda. The day’s theme, “Emptying Hell, Filling Heaven,” was a clarion call to save souls, reach the lost, and deliver the Gospel's timeless message.
A local Ugandan pastor remarked, "This is not a regular gathering. This is not just another crusade. This is history! God is speaking in Lugazi."
A Light to the Nations reaffirmed its dedication to evangelistic outreach across Africa. Evangelist Dana Morey shared an inspiring closing statement, emphasizing transformation: "A miracle isn’t just about healing the body. The greatest miracle is a heart transformed forever. Uganda is changing, one person at a time."
With this extraordinary event, the organization continues its global journey, spreading salvation and faith's promise throughout Africa. Their mission spans countries including Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, India, and beyond.
