Rev. Emmanuel Ganza, founder of the House of Grace Church in the United States, landed in Kigali on Monday, November 17, 2025. His visit is aimed at supporting his brother, Richard Nick Ngendahayo, and advancing preparations for his upcoming worship concert at BK Arena in Kigali.
Rev. Ganza expressed his deep connection with Richard, saying, “Richard, whom you call my elder brother, is someone I grew up with and got to know closely. Coming here to support him is my way of showing solidarity and encouragement.” This heartfelt statement highlights the strong family bond between the two.
The pastor also shared his joy at returning to Rwanda, calling it his true home. “Being at home brings a unique feeling. There’s truly no place like home. Leading Rwandans in New York often reminds me of Rwanda, and every time we meet, we share nostalgic memories of our lives here. It’s fulfilling to be back today,” he said.
Rev. Emmanuel further revealed that his arrival follows his stay in Tanzania since June 2025. He plans to return to Tanzania in March 2026 before flying back to Kigali for his large-scale gospel event.
He elaborated on the upcoming BK Arena concert, stating, “We aim to organize a powerful worship event here in Rwanda. Singers from the U.S. will join us for the concert and offer invaluable support.”
Attending Richard’s concert at BK Arena is not only a show of support but also part of Rev. Ganza’s preparation for his own performance at the venue. He explained, “It’s my first time attending BK Arena, and witnessing Richard’s concert allows me to familiarize myself with the space. Delivering exceptional experiences requires preparation and understanding of the venue.”
His vision of collaboration extends to partnering with Rwandan artists for his future worship projects. “Many Rwandan musicians have great talent. Whether in this concert or other songwriting and worship event initiatives, I look forward to working with them,” he stated with optimism.
Rev. Emmanuel’s journey in gospel music was inspired by tragedy. He began his ministry in 2001 to fill the void left by Korali Impuhwe, a choir from Gisenyi that tragically lost 18 members in a Kamonyi car accident.
Known for his stirring worship songs like ‘Heshima,’ ‘Ikiniga,’ ‘Amavi,’ ‘Kisuli Suli,’ ‘Ajabu,’ and more, Rev. Emmanuel continues to inspire and connect hearts through song.
