Rene & Tracy Set to Shine in Tanzania at Bella Kombo’s Mega Concert

Rwandan gospel power couple Rene Patrick and Tracy Agasaro are heading to Tanzania for one of the most anticipated gospel events of 2025. The duo has been officially invited by Tanzanian gospel sensation Bella Kombo to perform at her live recording concert titled "Thy Will Be Done", slated for June 15, 2025, at the Leaders Club Ground in Dar es Salaam.

This event will serve as a live video and audio recording of Bella Kombo’s new music and will bring together celebrated gospel artists from across the African continent. Speaking through her Instagram platform, Bella shared heartfelt excitement about hosting the couple:

"My Covenant Friends! And now thy have become my Family. Tanzania, are you ready for this fresh anoiting from Rwanda?! It is such an honor to have you guys. My Rwandan Family make your way."

Rene and Tracy, known for their soulful harmonies and powerful ministry, rose to continental recognition following the success of their song “Jehovah,” which has garnered over 400,000 views on YouTube. They confirmed to inyaRwanda that they would be ministering a new, unreleased collaboration with Bella Kombo during the concert. However, they remain tight-lipped about the details, saying only: “The surprise will be unveiled in its time.”

This will mark their second performance in Tanzania, having previously shared a stage with Zoravo, another celebrated gospel artist in Tanzania. Their return highlights not just their rising influence, but also the growing demand for their ministry across borders.

The upcoming concert boasts a world-class lineup of gospel ministers including Paul Clement, Zoravo, John Kavishe, Elia Mtishibi, Stive Crown, Michael Mahendere (Zimbabwe), Putuma Tiso (South Africa), and Takie Ndou. Ticket prices are set at TSh 100,000 (VVIP), TSh 50,000 (VIP), and TSh 10,000 (regular entry).

A Kingdom Partnership Rooted in Purpose

The relationship between Bella Kombo and the Rwandan couple has grown far beyond musical collaboration. Their paths first crossed during gospel conferences hosted by Grace Room Ministries in Kigali. What began as mutual admiration soon evolved into a deep spiritual bond.

“Bella Kombo is more than an artist,” said Rene and Tracy. “She is a woman of vision, humility, and anointing. From being someone we honored and looked up to, she became a sister—and now, we are truly family.”

Rene and Tracy are among Rwanda’s most admired gospel couples. Their ministry, “In Christ Now,” blends music, worship, and teaching to inspire a growing audience on YouTube and social media. Songs like “Niryubahwe” and “Imirimo Yawe (Irivugira)” have further expanded their reach across Africa.

Their stage presence is well-established, with Tracy having hosted landmark events such as Hillsong London Live in Kigali (2022) and Chryso Ndasingwa’s album launch at BK Arena (2024). Rene, meanwhile, is also a respected songwriter, known for his hits “Arankunda” and “Ni Byiza.”

Their love story is as inspiring as their ministry. Tracy, once a devoted fan of Rene's music, would eventually become his life partner after they met during a worship service. They got engaged in July 2020 and celebrated their wedding in December 2021. Together, they’ve built a ministry grounded in worship, unity, and service to God.

Bella Kombo: A Rising Star in African Gospel Music

Bella Kombo’s influence stretches far beyond Tanzania. With hit songs like “Ninogeshe”, “Ameniona” (featuring Zoravo), and the viral worship anthem “Mungu Ni Mmoja” (alongside Evelyn Wanjiru and Neema Gospel Choir), Bella has amassed over 23 million views on YouTube.

Her first visit to Rwanda was in August 2024, where she was warmly received by local churches and faith leaders, including Pastor Dr. Ian Tumusime of Revival Palace Church and A Light to The Nations Africa Ministries. The deep love she received from Rwandans—especially children who welcomed her at the airport with flowers—left a lasting impression on her heart.

Since then, Bella has returned to Rwanda multiple times, performing in major worship gatherings including events at BK Arena. It was through these moments of fellowship that her bond with Rene and Tracy deepened.

This June, Tanzania will witness not just a concert—but a divine encounter led by ministers who share more than just music. They share covenant, calling, and communion.
