Rayon Sports Reinforces Its Squad with Key Signings and Eyes Global Talents

Rayon Sports strengthens its team with Serumogo Ally, Rushema Chris, and Tambwe Gloire on two-year deals while scouting three international stars for the season ahead.

The newly signed players include Serumogo Ally, who extended his contract with Rayon Sports, Rushema Chris, formerly a player at Mukura Victory Sports, and Gloire Tambwe, a skilled midfielder from Burundi who previously played for Musongati FC.

According to reliable sources close to Rayon Sports management, all three players have agreed to two-year deals, marking a strategic move for the team's upcoming season.

Defender Rushema Chris, who played at Mukura Victory Sports over the last two years, had always been on Rayon Sports' radar. Despite initial challenges, including salary negotiations and financial hurdles, the club and the player successfully reached an agreement, solidifying Rushema's transition.

Tambwe Gloire, known for his remarkable midfield capabilities, joins Rayon Sports after making a name for himself at Musongati FC in Burundi. Tambwe, whose age remains unspecified, was already based in Rwanda and finalized his two-year contract this past Saturday.

Sources from Burundi describe Tambwe Gloire as a standout player for Musongati FC, whose exceptional performances earned him the chance to compete in Rwanda's football league.

Meanwhile, Serumogo Ally decided to renew his commitment to Rayon Sports after his initial contract expired. Playing as a dependable left-back, Serumogo expressed enthusiasm about continuing to contribute to the club, which is known for developing talented players and fostering growth within its ranks.

Rayon Sports is far from done, as reports suggest that three additional international players are close to joining the squad. Goalkeeper Drissa Kouyate, along with midfielders Mohamed Chely and Rayane Hamouimeche, have recently arrived in Rwanda and are participating in training sessions. The club anticipates finalizing their contracts soon, further strengthening its lineup for the season ahead.
