Rev. Prophet Ernest Nyirindekwe is a Rwandan servant of God who has spent 18 years in evangelism and now leads Elayono Pentecostal Blessing Church, which has branches in various countries, including Canada and Belgium.
Born in the Southern Province of Rwanda, Prophet Ernest began preaching in 2007 — marking nearly two decades in ministry. His journey began after receiving salvation and the prophetic gift, a divine calling that shaped his life’s purpose.
He emphasizes that serving God in love and humility is the key to spreading the Gospel effectively. To him, true ministry is not built on titles or fame, but on transforming hearts, renewing minds, and strengthening believers’ faith.
Throughout his spiritual journey, Prophet Ernest has drawn inspiration and wisdom from great spiritual leaders, notably Apostle Dr. Paul Gitwaza, whom he affectionately calls his “spiritual father.” “He is a heaven-sent teacher who makes people fall in love with the Word of God,” says Prophet Ernest.
Recently, his name gained even greater recognition when renowned global prophet Uebert Angel publicly confirmed his prophetic anointing — even though the two had never met in person.
During a church service in Zimbabwe, Prophet Uebert Angel told a Rwandan believer who had come for prayer that there was a true prophet in Rwanda named Ernest, showing his photo and affirming that his prayer had already been answered.
This divine revelation, which circulated widely on social media, highlighted Prophet Ernest as one of the rising prophetic voices from Rwanda whose influence now crosses continents.
Who is Uebert Angel?
Uebert Angel is a British-Zimbabwean preacher and businessman, known as the founder of Spirit Embassy – The Good News Church, a Pentecostal ministry based in the United Kingdom with branches worldwide. He also serves as the Presidential Envoy and Ambassador At Large for Zimbabwe to Europe and the Americas.
He is celebrated for his deep prophetic insight and teachings on faith, prosperity, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Prophet Ernest describes him as a man mightily used by God to awaken nations with divine wisdom and revelation.

Prophet Ernest recalls that in 2017, during a visit to Jerusalem with Apostle Gitwaza, he asked to receive a double portion of his spiritual anointing — similar to Elisha’s request from Elijah in 2 Kings 2:9. He testifies that this encounter changed his life, granting him divine revelation and empowerment to teach about deliverance, renewal of the mind, and deeper understanding of Christ.
He continues to honor Apostle Gitwaza for being a vessel God has used to awaken Rwanda and nations through profound spiritual truths that heal and transform lives.
Prophet Ernest in Music and Ministry
Beyond preaching, Prophet Ernest deeply values gospel music, describing it as “a spiritual key that opens hearts and ushers souls into the presence of God.” His church’s music arm, Elayono Worship, is dedicated to producing songs rooted in the Word and revelation of God.
He encourages gospel artists to stay grounded in scripture and holiness: “Music should carry revelation and be sung with excellence,” he says. “God deserves the best — those who serve Him must do so with passion, humility, and excellence.”
Challenges in the Global Church
Prophet Ernest also identifies key challenges facing today’s Church — such as spiritual decline, materialism, divisions, and moral decay — and offers biblical solutions centered on faith, love, and truth.
He urges believers to return to genuine worship, love for one another, and consistent teaching of God’s Word as the true foundation of transformation.

Married and blessed with three children, Prophet Ernest says that his greatest joy is seeing souls saved and lives changed through the Gospel. For him, ministry is not just a calling — it’s a lifelong covenant with God. “I was created to serve God,” he concludes, “and everything I do is for His glory.

- False teachings and sins: Actions countering God’s word. Solution: Empower media to share spiritual truths.
- Lack of compassion: Diminished love and sacrifice. Solution: Teach daily integration of kindness and faith.

- The prophecy must align with God’s teachings.
- It should manifest truth.
- The prophet should demonstrate righteous living and repentance.
