In an exclusive interview with InyaRwanda, Pastor Chris Ngoga revealed his vision for “Untware.” He explained, “This song was crafted to inspire people to surrender their lives to God, as only He can provide true peace.”
Highlighting the spiritual journey behind the creation, Pastor Ngoga stated that the song belongs to his debut album and features visuals shot during his live worship concert on June 27, 2025, at Calvary-Zindiro.
This transformative event, named “Heart and Sound Live Worship,” was designed to foster heartfelt worship and connect attendees with the heavenly voice. Pastor Ngoga was accompanied by Apostle Christophe Sebagabo and Alarm Ministries during this milestone concert.
Marking his first time performing as an independent artist, Pastor Ngoga shared his excitement about this new direction in his music career. “As you can see, I used to work within a team, but now you’ll discover a solo version of me through this first concert. More concerts and projects are coming!” he added.
During the worship event, Pastor Ngoga performed several songs, with “Untware” standing out as the highlight among fans. Reflecting on the essence of this album, he described it as a profound expression of the daily decision to be led by Jesus.
He elaborated, “The album symbolizes full submission to Christ’s hands—trusting His guidance and surrendering personal will to embrace God’s will. At our church, we’ve been reflecting on the theme of ‘Total surrender to God.’”
