On the morning of Friday, July 25, 2025, news broke that star striker Nshuti Innocent, originally from Musanze District in Rwanda, signed with Espérance Sportive de Zarzis (ES Zarzis), one of Tunisia's prominent football clubs.
The talented forward’s international journey began in early 2015, when he joined Sebail FC in Azerbaijan. During his stint there, Nshuti Innocent played 15 league matches and scored one goal before transitioning from an emerging talent at the United States-based One Knoxville football team to an international player in Azerbaijan.
Notably, this is not Innocent's first experience with Tunisian football. During the 2018-2019 season, he represented Stade Tunisien. Unfortunately, repeated injuries hindered his ability to maintain momentum, ultimately leading him to return to APR FC, his home club in Rwanda.
Nshuti Innocent’s signing with ES Zarzis signals his ambition to make a strong comeback in North African football. Fans are eagerly anticipating his contributions to the club’s performance this season and beyond.
