Life of Impact: A New Path for Purpose-Driven Youth

At a time when young people in Rwanda and around the world continue to face challenges related to identity, purpose, and life direction, a new initiative called “Life of Impact” has been launched to help individuals—especially youth—discover who they are, understand their purpose, and live meaningful lives that positively impact others.

Life of Impact is an initiative founded by Mordecalle Ntihinduka, popularly known as Decalle, who serves as a vocal coach at Shiloh Choir of ADEPR Muhoza in Musanze District. The choir made headlines last year after successfully hosting the large-scale concert “The Spirit of Revival 2025” in Kigali, which attracted a massive turnout and filled the Expo Grounds to capacity.

Decalle launched Life of Impact through his company DECIFO Ltd, an organization widely known for its tourism arm, DECIFO Tourism, which focuses on promoting Rwanda’s natural beauty, culture, and authentic travel experiences.

Beyond tourism, DECIFO Ltd carries a broader vision centered on holistic human development, addressing mental, spiritual, and social well-being. It is within this framework that the Life of Impact Project was introduced—aimed at guiding individuals out of life confusion and into clarity, purpose, and intentional decision-making.

Speaking to inyarwanda, Decalle explained that Life of Impact is a mentorship-based initiative that combines worshipwith practical life coaching, designed to empower people across key areas of life.

“Life of Impact is a mentorship project that integrates worship and practical guidance, focusing on empowering individuals in essential areas such as spiritual life and faith, mindset and decision-making, talents and personal strengths, career and business development, leadership, relationships, education, health, and sustainable productivity in everyday life,” he said.

He emphasized that the project is founded on the belief that true transformation begins within—in one’s mindset, heart, and daily choices.

Shaping the Visionaries: A Space to Learn, Reflect, and Transform

As part of the Life of Impact initiative, a special program titled “Shaping the Visionaries” has been introduced. It is designed as a safe and intentional space for individuals who are eager to learn, reflect, and begin a new journey toward a purpose-driven life.

This unique gathering will focus on: Deep and meaningful worship that opens both the heart and the mind; Impactful conversations on life, vision, and purpose; Practical learning through storytelling, teachings, group discussions, dialogue, and Q&A sessions; Open discussions on real-life challenges people face in their daily lives

Organizers emphasize that Shaping the Visionaries is not a concert, but rather a transformational space where messages are allowed to sink deeply into participants’ hearts and minds, leading to long-term change.

The first edition will run under the theme: “Worship Beyond Boundaries – Discovering Who You Are & Your Purpose.”

This theme seeks to teach that worship is not limited to church settings, but is a lifestyle—expressed through daily decisions, work, relationships, and service to God wherever one is.

Participants are expected to gain: A clearer understanding of their identity and calling; Freedom from confusion, fear, and indecision; Renewed confidence, clarity, and mental independence; A starting point for living a purpose-driven life with positive impact.

In the long term, Life of Impact aims to become a sustainable mentorship system that helps individuals align their faith with their professional lives, relationships, and contributions to Rwanda’s social development.

The initiative is open to anyone asking questions such as “Who am I?” and “What is my purpose?”—as well as those seeking clarity, courage, and a supportive environment to learn and grow alongside others.

“Shaping the Visionaries” is a space for reflection, worship, learning, and the beginning of a new journey—a journey toward a life of impact. The first edition is scheduled for March 28, 2026, and entry will be free of charge.
