Kenya's Bensoul Shines in Rwandan Music Scene with Collaborations and Concert

Bensoul, famous for "Extravaganza" with Sauti Sol, collaborated with Rwandan artists like Element Eleéeh and dazzled at Kigali’s 'World Champs Night Life' concert.

Bensoul, celebrated for his hit song ‘Extravaganza’ with Sauti Sol, made waves during his recent visit to Rwanda before heading back to Kenya on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 11:00 PM.

This talented artist shares a strong creative bond with Rwandan producer Element Eleéeh, frequently teaming up in Nairobi for music projects. King Pazzo, a member of Element's team, revealed to InyaRwanda that the duo has collaborated on a song they are refining to ensure it delivers excellence worthy of their reputation.

“They are great friends. After the concert, Bensoul met Element at Eleeesphere Studios to brainstorm and record. There’s a possibility Element might travel to Kenya for completion, or Bensoul could return to Kigali to finalize the track,” King Pazzo said.

Bensoul’s partnerships with Rwandan artists are not new. His collaboration with Alyn Sano on the track ‘Chop Chop’ garnered attention when they performed it together at the September 27, 2025, concert held at Kigali Universe. On his latest album, "The Party & The After Party," Bensoul showcased his range by teaming up with The Ben and Ariel Wayz, further solidifying his cross-border influence.

The ‘World Champs Night Life’ concert in Kigali was an electrifying event, featuring stellar performances from artists such as Nviiri the Storyteller, Kid from Kigali, Shemi, Angell Mutoni, Alyn Sano, and Bushali. It packed energy, diverse music, and star-studded appearances.

Among the attendees were Bruce The 1st, Kivumbi King, Kenny K Shot, Jules Sentore, Bahali Ruth, and Kenya’s Ambassador to Rwanda, Honorable Janet Mwawasi Oben. The concert was unmistakably one of Kigali’s entertainment highlights of 2025.

Bensoul, revered for his unique voice and songwriting prowess, is a standout artist in Kenya and East Africa. His 2019 collaboration with Sauti Sol on ‘Extravaganza’ brought him international acclaim and marked his rise in the African music arena.
