The 76th FIFA Congress will take place in Vancouver on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Shema Fabrice will be accompanied by the First Vice President in charge of Finance and Administration, Claudine Gasarabwe, as well as the Secretary General, Bonnie Mugabe.
This global football assembly will bring together all 211 member associations of FIFA. Key decisions are expected to be made, including the approval of FIFA’s budget and discussions related to the selection of host nations for upcoming international tournaments.
The congress will also address the future of major competitions, including the bidding process for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2031 and FIFA Women’s World Cup 2035.
This marks the second time the FIFA Congress is being held in Canada, following the 1976 edition hosted in Montreal.
