The Kanombe-born artist departed from Kigali International Airport on the night of Thursday, January 22, 2026, heading to Kenya with his team from 1:55 AM, the company that manages his music career.
The Media Tour is designed to promote “Pom Pom” across multiple media outlets and will span several countries, starting in Kenya, then moving to Uganda, Tanzania, the UK, Belgium, and other locations. Bruce Melodie is scheduled to perform in Belgium on March 7, 2026.
Before heading to Nairobi, Bruce explained that the “Pom Pom” project is massive, which is why it took time to prepare before launching the tour.
“The ‘Pom Pom’ project is very large. We were working on other elements to ensure everything goes smoothly. That’s why we hadn’t started the media tour earlier. Now we’ve officially kicked it off. Next, we’ll continue in Tanzania, Uganda, Europe, and beyond,” he said.
Bruce also revealed that he has another song ready for release in the coming days. “I have a song ready for you all, though I sometimes feel a bit nervous,” he added.
The singer noted that the media tour is part of his strategy to expand his brand and promote “Pom Pom,” especially across East Africa. He further confirmed that he plans to tour Rwanda with The Ben, with details already agreed upon by both parties.
