The couple, widely loved for hit songs such as “Zaburi Yanjye” and “Igikombe Cyanjye,” ministered to hundreds of Gospel music lovers during the second edition of the annual concert dubbed “Gifted For His Glory Season 2,” organized in partnership with Zaburi Yanjye and Team Production.
The event took place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Salle Viage in Brussels, Belgium, attracting a large audience from across Europe.
Speaking after the concert, Elysee Bigira expressed gratitude to God for the successful event, saying it was filled with the presence of God and attended by many believers, including several pastors.
“The concert was truly marked by the presence of God. There was beauty in God’s presence. Many people attended, including numerous pastors. It was an amazing experience, and the feedback from people has been overwhelmingly positive,” he said.
The concert had already generated massive excitement days before it took place after organizers announced that 80% of the tickets had been sold out ahead of the event. Regular tickets were priced at €30, while VIP tickets cost €50.
Before the concert, Elysee Bigira had spoken highly of Ben and Chance, praising not only their musical talent but also their humility and dedication to serving God.
“Ben and Chance are people I grew up with. I knew Ben before he married Chance, and I knew Chance before she got married to Ben. We sang together, lived life together, and grew together. I always told people that once they came to Europe, especially Belgium, many people would come because we share a deep connection,” he said.
He also revealed that the artists received a warm welcome upon arriving in Belgium, especially after recently making history during the Easter Jubilee concert at BK Arena during Easter 2026, where they filled the venue and left many attendees spiritually uplifted, with some giving their lives to Christ.
Elysee further praised the duo for their character and commitment to ministry. “I can hardly describe how wonderful they are. I know them as talented, humble people who genuinely love serving God,” he added.
He particularly commended Chance for continuing her music ministry despite being married and raising four children, saying she serves as an inspiration to many people who often abandon ministry or music after starting families.
“Some people say they lose time after having children. Chance has four children and had many reasons to stop singing, but she continued serving God faithfully,” he said.
Ahead of the concert, Elysee Bigira also released a new 28-minute Praise and Worship song titled “Mutima Wanjye,”which has been widely appreciated for helping believers grow closer to God.
The song was written by singers from Alaram Ministries and continues to receive positive reactions from Gospel music lovers.
Elysee Bigira is one of the most respected names in Rwandan Gospel music. He first rose to prominence while serving in Gisubizo Ministries before launching his solo music career.
He is known for songs such as “Abo Yamenye Kera,” “Abanjye Ndabazi,” “Jesus Number One,” “Mokozi Yesu,” and “Erega Mwami.” Every year, he organizes the “Gifted For His Glory” concert in Belgium.
Last year’s edition featured Adrien Misigaro, who is based in the United States, while this year’s edition welcomed the highly celebrated Gospel couple Ben and Chance.
