A Network Behind Rwanda's Global Knowledge Exchange
The event brings together a pool of Rwandan experts (297) who shape Rwanda’s narrative through formal knowledge exchange engagements – presentations, field visits, and guided tours in urban and rural parts of the country.
Since its establishment in 2018, RCI has hosted 845 delegations, engaged 9,790 delegates from 70 countries and 5 regional organisations as of March 2026. In partnership with the Rwandan pool of experts, Rwanda Cooperation achieved a customer satisfaction at 89.9% in the financial year 2024-2026.
Purpose of the Event
The event will serve as a platform to appreciate the contribution of Presenters and Focal Persons to RCI's service delivery, gather evidence-based feedback on the quality of presentations delivered, and collectively identify areas for improvement. It is held in line with RCI's Action Plan 2025-2026, under Outcome 3: Rwanda Cooperation's Capacity to Deliver Enhanced.
Rwanda's Cooperation Model
Through South-South and Triangular Cooperation, RCI has facilitated the export of Rwanda's flagship digital systems, IFMIS, Umucyo, EBM, and E-Tax, to partner countries including Chad, Guinea, the Kingdom of Eswatini, and Jamaica.
The 2024-2025 operational plan was delivered at 85%, with 19 MoUs signed and an institutional uptake rate of 87.4% among participating countries.
