In his words, he urged his peers to take concert preparations seriously and to respect their fans who come to support them. He stated, "Some of you are doing nothing on stage. Practice. Fans deserve respect."

In a video post, delivered with a cheerful tone but indirectly directed at Prince Kiiiz—who did not mention names—Element remarked, "I’ve been hearing people say I’m weak on stage. So, I’ve started practicing to become better. Thank you all for your love and support for my family."
The message quickly attracted a response from Ross Kana, a music industry collaborator and close friend of Element.
In a stern yet affectionate tone of camaraderie, Ross Kana dismissed claims that Element was underperforming on stage.
He said, "Element, let me tell you something! You’re a great artist with an amazing voice. I learn from you every day and admire your exceptional skills in singing."
He continued, "None of those people could perform as well as you do." Ross Kana’s encouraging remarks aimed to boost Element's confidence amid the criticism.
Ross Kana emphasized that excelling on stage requires experience and growth over time. He commended Element for being one of Rwanda’s most talented artists in music production and live performance delivery.
He further added, "Your production is top-tier, and your singing is extraordinary. The only thing critics are good at is sitting down and talking nonsense." Ross Kana urged artists to view negative criticism as an opportunity for growth rather than an attack.
Prince Kiiiz, speaking to InyaRwanda, explained that his statements were personal thoughts and not targeted at any specific individual. He noted, however, "If someone felt addressed, then it was meant for them." Addressing Ross Kana’s remarks, Kiiiz added, "I hope he knows the saying, 'When elephants fight, it’s the grass that suffers.'"
