According to the statement, on November 25, 2025, a high-level meeting took place at the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) headquarters. The meeting involved RGB officials and representatives from key leadership bodies of the Association Rayon Sports, including:
- The Board of Directors
- The Executive Committee
- The Monitoring Committee
- The Conflict Resolution Committee
Following the discussions, Rayon Sports disclosed that all existing leadership structures were dissolved. In their place, a temporary committee was formed, comprised of the following members:
- Murenzi Abdallah (Chairperson)

- Gakwaya Olivier
