In recent days, Mugiraneza Fraudouard, Elie Kategaya, and Dushimirimana Olivier Muzungu were loaned from APR FC to AS Kigali. These three players actively participated in AS Kigali’s training sessions during their tenure.
AS Kigali fans were eagerly expecting Mugiraneza Fraudouard to dominate the midfield with his skills and energy. However, they were taken by surprise when Police FC announced, both on social media and through Mugiraneza himself, that he had officially joined their squad.

Prior to this move to Police FC, Mugiraneza Fraudouard’s stint at AS Kigali was brief as he did not play any official matches for the team. He joined AS Kigali on loan from APR FC. Before his time at APR FC, he had played for Kiyovu Sports, and prior to that, he was part of Marines FC.
