Abantu bari bonyine ntibakunda gusaba ubufasha. Bene aba bantu bananirwa gusaba ubufasha bagakomeza guhangayikishwa n’ibibaremereye, gusa hari igihe babivuga ukaba utapfa kubimenya udashishoje. Uyu munsi turakubwira interuro 9 bakunze gukoresha cyane n'uko wabafasha.

AMAGAMBO ABANTU BAVUGA IYO BASABA UBUFASHA

1.      NABUZE IBITOTSI

Iyo umuntu afite ikibazo cyaba icyo mu mutwe cyangwa ahandi, ntabwo azigera abona ibitotsi. Numuhamagara cyangwa mukaganira azakubwira ngo ‘nabuze ibitotsi’. 7.      UMUTWE URI KUNDYA

9.      MEZE NEZA (I’M OK)

Iyo umuntu yitanguranyijwe akavuga ngo ‘Meze neza’ aba abeshya ntaho biba bihuriye n’ukuri. Ibi bivugwa n’umuntu udashaka kugaragaza ko afite ikibazo gusa n'ubwo bimeze bityo burya aba agifite kandi akeneye gufashwa.

NIGUTE WASUBIZA MU GIHE URI GUSABWA UBUFASHA N’UMUNTU ?

“Ibi bintu uri kunyuramo biragoye kuko nanjye byambayeho”.

Iyo uvuze gutyo ikibazo kiva kuri uwo kikakuzaho agasigara ntawe umwumva kandi ikintu ugomba kumenya n’uko ibibazo by’abantu bitandukanye, uburyo bwakoze kuri wowe sibwo mugenzi wawe yakoresha akamera neza.
