Kumenya ibiribwa ukwiriye gufata ndetse n’igihe gikwiriye cyo kubifata ni bimwe mu bifasha umuntu kwirinda indwara zitandukanye. Akenshi usanga dufite ibiribwa ariko ntitumenye umumaro bifite ku buzima bwacu ndetse tukagira n’ikibazo cyo kuba twamenya igihe gikwiriye twabifatamo kugira ngo bigirire umubiri wacu akamaro.



Ni byiza ko twita ku mubiri wacu mu ngeri zose, muri izo harimo no kumenya ibyo turya ibyo ari byo n’umumaro bifitiye umubiri wacu. Twibaza ibi bibazo: ese ni ibiki nkwiriye kurya?
